Unity is Strength/United We Stand, Divided We Fall
There was an old farmer. He had three sons. They were disobedient and always quarreled with one another. The old man was very worried about the future of his sons. One day he called his sons and asked them to bring a bundle of sticks. They carried out his order. Then he ordered them to break the bundle. The sons, one by one, tried again and again but could not break the bundle of sticks. After that the old man untied the bundle. He gave one stick to each of them and asked them to break it. This time, each son could easily break his own stick. Now the old farmer said, “You are like the sticks. When you are united like the bundle, you are strong and nobody can do any harm to you. If you are separated by quarreling like each single stick, you are weak. Remember, united we stand, divided we fall.”
I think everybody should have the same anger towards the injustice that’s happening and the hatred that’s happening, and just fight it with love and compassion.
